Wow, what a week! We saw many of you hit PR’s in 19.2 despite being completely exhausted. We saw others try harder than they thought possible on those toes to bar. Let’s keep that momentum going into week 3! Be sure to check out your teams FB page for this week’s theme and come try and earn those team spirit points!
1. The athlete/judges briefing will once again begin at 5:30pm. This is when we will go over the standards for all movements in the workout along with what judges should be looking for and how to score the athlete. Please try to be here for this portion of the night as it will help us from answering the same questions multiple times and will also help us stay on schedule. It may also be helpful to watch the Standards Video ahead of time (especially if you can’t be there right at 5:30).
2. Please be sure to sign-up for a heat to compete in if you plan to do your workout at Friday Night Lights. Click HERE to reserve your slot!
3. As always, we’d love to see as many of you as possible at Friday Night Lights however, we do understand that some of you may not be able to make it at that time so there will be designated makeup time on Fridays from 10:00 -1:00 or 4:00 – 5:00, Saturdays from 9:00 – 11:00 and Sundays from 1:00 – 2:00. During those times, Open athletes will have control of the main clock and first dibs at the equipment. Please make sure that if you’re planning to do a makeup or repeat workout at this time or any other time outside of FNL, you have cleared it with a coach and have somebody to judge you.
