Our CrossFit group classes are typically written in 4 parts: Warm-Up, Skill/Strength, Workout of the Day (WoD), and Cool-Down. They focus on general physical preparedness (GPP) and increasing work capacity across broad time and modal domains. All movements, exercises, and intensity levels can be scaled and modified to fit each athlete’s individual ability.
Our CrossFit group classes are divided into 2 options, Fitness and Performance.
Fitness workouts are designed to promote and enhance overall health and fitness. This program is perfect for people of all ability levels as its primary focus is on proper mechanics while still exposing the athlete to a wide variety of movements. Fitness is the perfect option for anyone looking to get lean, strong, and stay in shape.
Performance workouts are great for those looking to take their training to the next level. These workouts will challenge you by incorporating more complex movements such as the Olympic lifts, muscle-ups, rope climbing, etc. while also strengthening your mental fortitude. Our performance programming is sure to help you surpass what you think you’re capable of, making you the strongest, fastest, fittest possible version of you.

Skill sessions are designed to hone in on a specific movement/exercise or several. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your goals, assess your movement, and design training that may include:
- Mobility exercises to improve and restore joint range of motion
- Skill-based warm-ups to prepare for specific movement patterns
- Strength and/or conditioning exercises chosen to specifically achieve your goal
- Custom breakdown of movements to gain efficiency and improve technique
