Our CrossFit group classes always begin with a Warm Up, and from there may have any combination of a few parts, including: Skill/Strength, Workout of the Day (WoD), Accessory Work, and/or Cool Down. The classes focus on general physical preparedness (GPP), and making individuals well-rounded across 10 general physical skills (cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy).
Every CrossFit class is led by one of our experienced coaches, who will guide the class through it’s various parts for the day. All movements, exercises, etc. can be modified and/or scaled to fit each athlete’s individual skills, fitness level, and needs.

All you have to do is show up and your coach will guide you every step of the way. They will modify any movements you can’t do, while teaching you how to progress towards your individual goals!

Skill sessions are designed to hone in on a specific movement/exercise or several. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your goals, assess your movement, and design training that may include:
- Mobility exercises to improve and restore joint range of motion
- Skill-based warm-ups to prepare for specific movement patterns
- Strength and/or conditioning exercises chosen to specifically achieve your goal
- Custom breakdown of movements to gain efficiency and improve technique
