A. Alternating Every 2m for 30m (5 Sets Each):
– Deadlift x 3 (Climbing)
– Muscle-Ups x Max Reps
– Handstand Walk x 10m

B. In teams of 2, alternating MOVEMENTS –
AMRAP 10:
– 250m Row
– 30 KB Swings (53/35)
– 15 Ring Dips
