A. Every 2m for 16m (8 Sets):
– Snatch 1.1.1 (5-6s between Singles)

B. For Time:
Teams of 2 alternate full rounds to complete 5 rounds each:
– 5 Overhead Squats
– 15 RKC KB Swings (70/53)
– 30 Double Unders
* Choose a weight for OHS that allows you to complete the Reps UNBROKEN.

    B. Did alone and combined WoDs into :
    5 RFT:
    – 10 Goblet Squats (53)
    – 15 RKC Swings (53)
    – 30 Doubles
    – Rest 1:1

    Average Round Time ~ 1:02
