B. In 12 minutes, complete as many Ladders from 1-5 as possible of Hang Power Cleans @ around 75% of 1RM Power Clean. Each time the BB touches the floor, do 5 Push-Ups. You MUST drop the BB between Sets (Rungs) of the Ladder.
