* Rest 3m b/w Sets
* Between each Set, perform 4 x Outside Inside Outside Backs

B. 3 x AMRAP 2:
– 5 Burpees
– 5 Ground to Overhead (155/105)
* Rest 2m b/w Sets, & pick up where you left off.

C. Extended Stretch
