A.) BUILT UP TO 195# FOR THE BACK SQUAT. IT’S LESS THAN MY CURRENT 1RM, BUT IT WAS ALSO 5 AM 🙂
B.) THIS HURT MY LEGS MORE THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD. FINISHED 9:10 AND DID THE BURPEES BAR FACING.
A. Worked up to 185# on the back squats. No belt and in nanos to feel out my back.
