B. Every 5m for 15m (3 Sets):
– 15 Pull-Ups
– 30 Push-Ups
– 45 Air Squats
* Note each time separately.

Woooohie, did fitness part A. Those ham curls and banded hip bridges LIT UP my butt and hamstrings! Good mornings used a 95# barbell.
Part B. Did performance part B and did the rounds in 1:55, 2:01, 2:23. That’s the time of work not rest. And let me say for me it was allll in the push ups.
