– 12 Overhead Squats (135/95)
– 12 C2B Pull-Ups
– 12 Box Jump Overs (24/20)

B. 3 Sets:
– Ring Row x 10-12 @ 2111
– Hollow Hold x 60s
* Rest 60s b/w Sets

    Wow workout was hot and tough! My rests for each round were 2:30/2:37/2:19/2:07/2:16

    Scaled basically everything today, tough workout! Tried to keep my 400’s between 1:45-2:00 minutes.
