B. Alternating every 2m for 24m (4 Each):
– 8 Sumo Deadlifts (275/185)
– 10m DB Bear Forward + 10m DB Bear Crawl Backward (35s/20s)
– 12 Russian Twists/Side (35/20) + 12 Four-Count Flutter Kicks
