A. 15-20m to build to a 1RM Clean or Power Clean

B. Alternating EMOM 15 (5 Sets Each):
– 5 Power Clean @ 65-75% of today’s 1RM
– 200m Run / 250m Row / 0.25 mile Bike
– 20 Ring Dips (<45s)

C. Alternating EMOM 6 (3 Sets Each):
– Lean Away Pull-Ups x 3-4 @ 4111
– BOttom Up KB Carry x 25yds/Arm
