It’s Halloween! Costumes encouraged all day!

A. EMOM 16:
– Minutes 0-4 (5): Pause Snatch Deadlift x 3 (2s Pause @ Knee)
– Minutes 5-9 (5): Snatch High Pull x 3
– Minutes 10-15 (6): Power Snatch

Notes: Technique > Load. Focus on getting hips back on the Catch. Try to climb in weight across all 16 minutes, as long as form holds out.

B. AMRAP 7, Ascending Ladder:
– 1 Power Clean (155/105) + 30 Double Unders
– 2 Power Clean (155/105) + 30 Double Unders
– 3 Power Clean (155/105) + 30 Double Unders
– Etc.
