Was on board with the article until it ended with the advice that its ok to drink 3-5 red bulls a day. Do we truly believe that is healthy? Maybe once in a blue moon, but I’d think they could have some issues if that becomes habitual.
Furthermore with such a large consumption suggested its likely that people will experience withdraw symptoms if they don’t have it. Would the advice be to just keep drinking more caffeine?
