TOTAL is our take on GPP programming. It offers the opportunity to gain exposure to the widest degree of complexity, loading, and variance.
In our TOTAL program, all movements, loads, and time domains are fair game. Workouts can last from less than 10 minutes to more than 30, but the majority fall somewhere between 10-25 minutes. These workouts are highly varied in duration, format, and type. Each session will be different so you need to be ready for anything.
TOTAL is perfect for those interested in high intensity training and anyone looking to build a well rounded level of fitness. These workouts are meant to be challenging but it’s important to remember that all of our programs can be modified to fit any ability level.

BUILD is our take on strength bias programming. Each session incorporates either a skill or strength session alongside a high intensity workout.
In this program, you’ll learn to squat, press, pull, and clean through daily strength progressions while also gaining exposure to many bodyweight, gymnastic, and monostructural movements through focused skill work. If you are newer to this style of training, BUILD is a great program to introduce complexity, loading, and variance.
