– BB/DB Push Press x 6-8
– 1 Leg Hip Bridge x 8-10/Leg @ 2011
– Partner Leg Toss x 15-20
* Rest 45s between Exercises & Sets

B. Alternating EMOM 16 (8 Sets Each):
– 10 Burpees
– 8 Tall Box Jumps (Jump Up, Step Down)
