B. EMOM 6: Sumo/Deadlift x 1 @ ~60% 1RM Sumo/Deadlift

C. Alt Every 2m for 16m (4 Each):
– 20 Push Ups + 10 Alt Renegade Rows (50s/35s)
– 100′ Prowler Push + 14 Jumping Lunges (7/s)
