– Alternating (1 Arm DB Snatch + 2 OH Lunges) x 10
– Pull-Ups x 15
– 400m Run

B. 3 Sets:
– 1 Arm DB Row x 8/Arm @ 2111
– Hollow Hold/Rock x 30-60s/r
* Rest 30s b/w Exercises & Sets
