A. Back Squat – Build to a 3RM
Between Sets, accumulate 3 Rounds:
– Ring Rows x 10-12 @ 2111
– Elbow Plank x 30s

B. For Time:
– 30 KB Swings, 15 Burpees
– 24 KB Swings, 12 Burpees
– 18 KB Swings, 9 Burpees
