A. 3 Sets, NFT:
– Back Squat x 8 (More than last week.)
– Strict Pull-Ups/Ring Rows x Max
– Swivel Hips x 10

B. 3 Sets, NFT:
– Strict Press x 8
– Band Pull Aparts x 20

C. 3 Rounds For Time:
– 15 Thrusters (95/65)
– Rest 1:00 between Rounds
