– 20 DB/KB Death March (10/s, AHAP)
– Ring Row/Pull Up Death Set: 7-7-Max

B. In as few sets as possible:
– 100 Banded Hip Bridges
– 100 Russian Twists

C. 3 x 2m Rounds:
– 20 Plate Curls + 25′ Gun Walk
* Rest 1m b/w Rounds.
