– (Forearm Headstand > Headstand > Tripod) x 60s
* PVC Dislocates x 10r

B. 3 Rounds For Time:
– 20 Alternating DB Snatch (10/Arm)
– 10 Overhead Walking Lunges (Right)
– 20 DB Hang Clean & Jerk (10/Arm)
– 10 Overhead Walking Lunges (Left)
