* Goal is to use same weight as last week’s 8 reps.
– RKC KB Swings x 12-15
– Strict Pull-Ups x 5-6
* Add weight if needed.
B. AMRAP 12:
– Run 400m
– 20 Alt Reverse Lunges w/ (70s/53s – Farmer Carry)
