B. For Time:

– 100 Doubles
– 50 Air Squats
– 25 Pull-Ups
Directly into 2 Rounds:
– 60 Doubles
– 30 Air Squats
– 15 Pull-Ups
Directly into 3 Rounds:
– 40 Doubles
– 20 Air Squats
– 10 Pull-Ups
