– Freestanding HS Work
– Tuck Rock to Tuck Sit x 15

B. 3 Sets for Max Reps:
– 3m Row (Bike) for Calories
– 2m Strict HSPU
– 1m Strict Pull-Ups
* Rest 3m between sets.
