– Deadlift x 6-8
– Wall Climb x 2-3
– Hollow Hold/Rock x 30-45s
* Rest 60s b/w Exercises & Sets

B. 3 Rounds For Time:
– 30 Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25)
– 15 Pull-Ups
– 400m Run (500m Row / 800m Bike)
