In teams of 2, with 1 working at a time:
– 100 Burpees
– 100 DB Ground to Overhead
– 100 Box Jump Overs

* May partition reps however you like, but the non-working teammate must be in the designated resting position in order for reps to count…

Burpees = DBs Extended Overhead
DB Ground to Overhead = Pull-Up Bar Hang
Box Jump Overs = Elbow Plank
