1. 21-15-9:
– Box Jump (24/20)
– Pull Up

Rest

2. 15-12-9:
– Calorie Row
– Push Press (115/75)

Rest

3. 12-9-6:
– Power Clean (115/75)
– Thruster (115/75)

* Each teammate completes one of the workouts. Rest for 2-3 minutes after the last person is finished, then rotate. Continue in this manner until each teammate has completed each couplet.
