A. In teams of 2, with 1 working at a time, for time:
– 100 Burpees
– 200 KB Swings
– 300 Air Squats
– 600m Run
– 300 Air Squats
– 200 KB Swings
– 100 Burpees
* Both partners Run at the same time, but may not start the second set of Air Squats until both are back from the Run.
