In teams of 3, 5 Sets for Max Reps/Calories:
– 60s Rowing
– 60s DB Manmakers (45s/30s)
– 60s BB Thrusters (75/55)
– 60s Rest

* Teams get 1 Rower, 1 set of DBs, and 1 BB (2 if a mix of men and women). Team members rotate through the 3 work stations and all Rest at the same time.
