– Team 1 – Calorie Assault Bike / Row
– Team 2 – 400m Prowler

* If teams of 2-4 each, 1 Rower & Prowler.
* If teams of 5-7 each, 2-3 Rowers & Prowlers.
* If teams of 8-10 each, 4 Rowers & Prowlers.
