A. 4 Sets:
– Russian Step-Ups x 8-10/Leg
– DB Bench Press x 8-10 @ 2011
– Side Plank x 30s/Side
* Rest 60s between Exercises & Sets

B. In teams of 2, alternating EXERCISES, AMRAP 15:
– 20 RKC KB Swings (53/35)
– 10 Burpees
– 200m Run/Row
