A. In teams of 2, complete:
– 1600m Relay Med Ball Run (4 x 400m)
– 100 Partner Burpee Wall Balls
– 200 Push-Ups
– 300 Double Unders
– 400m Relay Med Ball Walking Lunges
* Only the partner with the Med Ball may Lunge.
